Members Tab

The Members tab lists information about the project team members, such as job title and role on the team, and offers actions such as emailing a team member.

Columns

Column Description
Members This column lists the team members. Click team member names to view their Total Talent Profiles. These profiles, which include compensation and skill information, display in a separate window.

The team lead is denoted with . To change the team lead, click on another employee’s icon.

Role This displays the member’s role. For users with the proper permissions, an Edit icon displays. Click the icon and select a role from the list of roles defined by an administrator.
Manager This is the person managing the project.
Job Title This is the job title of the employee.
Company/Division This is the area of the company in which the member is based.
Location This is the team member’s geographic location.

Actions

Note: The Remove actions, as well as the capability to designate a team leader, are enabled only for users with Add Member permissions.
Button Description
Assign as Team Lead Click to designate an employee as the team lead.
Remove Team Member Click to remove the employee from the team.
Email Click to open an email in your default email program, addressed to the employee.
Remove as Team Lead Click to remove the employee’s team leader designation.
